Registration And Sign-In

Each user signs in with their own account. Workouts, templates, programs, body stats, plates, bars, and roadmap-style personal work stay tied to the user account that created them.

Use Register to create an account, then verify the registered email address.
A membership administrator must approve the account before normal sign-in is available.
After approval, complete the required Profile fields and choose whether to install the app or continue in the browser.
Use Login to return to your dashboard.
Use Profile to manage display name, phone, body-stat defaults, training preferences, coaching-prep fields, and password changes.
Use password reset if you forget your password. Reset instructions are sent to the account email address.
Shared built-in content can be used by all users but is managed by admins.

Profile Preferences

The Profile page stores defaults that make the app easier to use, including height, sex for body-fat estimates, preferred unit, default rest timer, preferred bar, training goal, experience level, available equipment, and whether RPE is shown by default.

Changing between pounds and kilograms changes how values are labeled and interpreted. Existing workout, body-stat, bar, and plate numbers are not converted.

Free, Pro, And Coaching Access

Your current access plan appears on Profile. New accounts use the Free plan unless Pro or Coaching access is granted.

Free includes workout logging, exercise history, body stats, and the plate calculator.
Pro adds custom templates and programs, progression rules, workout intensifiers, advanced progress reporting, and personal data export.
Coaching includes Pro features and adds coaching-management tools.

An administrator can grant or remove complimentary Pro access from the member list. Complimentary access is recorded separately from paid access, so removing an admin grant will not cancel a future paid subscription.

Coach tools require both administrator-approved coach status and an active Coaching entitlement. A coaching relationship is separate: the member must accept an invitation and select which requested data categories to share. See Coaching Relationships.

Export Your Data

Pro and Coaching members can select Export My Data on Profile to download a ZIP package containing their profile, plan-access history, coaching relationship history, custom exercises, workouts and sets, self-created templates, programs, body stats, bars, plates, and activity log. Exports also include shared coaching feedback for either participant. A coach's export includes that coach's private notes; a member's export does not include private notes written by a coach.

The export contains readable JSON files. Password hashes, security stamps, login tokens, and other account secrets are not included. Export is for access and portability; importing or restoring the ZIP is not currently supported.

Delete Your Account

Select Delete Account on Profile when you want to permanently remove the account and its personal training data. The deletion screen requires your current password and the confirmation word shown there.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep a personal copy.

Admin Access

Admins can review membership requests, approve or restrict account access, grant complimentary Pro access, manage shared built-in exercises and templates, import templates, and use the Roadmap tools. Members can create personal workouts and custom exercises; creating personal templates requires Pro or Coaching access.

An administrator can export a selected member's data for verified support, privacy, or account-administration needs. Administrator access should be used only for legitimate app operations.

Coaching Prep

Coach approval is granted by an administrator after credential review. Coach bio may be shown to a member considering an invitation. Account type and approval alone do not provide access to another member's data; an active Coaching entitlement and the member's explicit, scoped consent are both required.
