Workouts
Find Or Create A Workout
Workout History keeps completed and active sessions together without leaving the full creation form open on the page.
- Select Create Workout to open the form for a new blank workout.
- Use Search to find a workout by name, notes, or date.
- Use All, In Progress, or Completed to limit the workout list.
- Status badges identify planned, in-progress, and completed workouts.
- Select Open to view or continue a workout.
- Copy and Delete are in the workout's three-dot menu. Delete requires confirmation.
Start And Finish A Session
Select Begin Session when training starts. Select Complete Session when training is finished. These actions record session duration and control whether the workout is shown as completed.
- A completed session can be resumed when you need to correct or add information.
- Completing the session updates the Dashboard's recent workout summary and Training Calendar.
- The session summary includes duration, exercise count, completed working sets, estimated effective reps, and body-part work.
Workout Logging
Basic workout logging and exercise history are included with Free access. A workout is the actual session you perform. The workout screen is designed for mobile use with compact rows for set number, previous set, reps, weight, and the completion checkmark.
- Tap an exercise in the exercise list to jump directly to its set rows.
- Enter reps and weight, then tap the checkmark to complete that set.
- A new working set starts with the most recent set's reps, weight, and RPE when those values are available.
- The rest timer starts after completing a set and stops when the workout is finished.
- Add Set adds another working set. Add Warmup Set adds a warmup row above working sets.
- Warmup sets are excluded from working-set summaries, effective reps, and personal-record checks.
RPE And Effective Reps
RPE is recorded as a whole number from 0 through 13. RPE 8 represents about two repetitions remaining, RPE 9 about one repetition remaining, RPE 10 failure, and values above 10 beyond-failure effort.
- Profile can show RPE by default for supported workout exercises.
- The exercise action menu can show or hide RPE for an individual exercise without changing the rest of the workout.
- Estimated effective reps use the final five-rep model. RPE 8 estimates 3 effective reps, RPE 9 estimates 4, and RPE 10 or above estimates up to 5.
- Effective reps are estimates for training review, not a medical or physiological measurement.
Supersets And Set Techniques
Workout intensifiers require Pro or Coaching access. Templates can prescribe supersets, rest-pause sets, cluster sets, and drop sets. The workout identifies them with written badges so the method is never communicated by color alone.
- Superset exercises use labels such as A1 and A2. Completing A1 moves to A2 without starting the full rest period; the normal rest timer starts after the final exercise in the group.
- A rest-pause final set records the main effort followed by short-rest mini-sets.
- A cluster final set records separate clusters at the prescribed weight with short rest between clusters.
- A drop set records each reduced-weight portion separately. The suggested weights remain editable during the workout.
- The main effort and its portions count as one working set. Every completed portion contributes to volume and estimated effective reps.
- Personal-record and estimated one-rep-max checks use the main set rather than combining all technique portions.
During a Workout
- Tap the ... button beside the exercise name to open the exercise action menu.
- Use the exercise action menu to swap, edit notes, or remove an exercise from the current workout.
- Swapping changes the exercise for that workout slot without changing the original template.
- Removing an exercise from a workout removes it from that workout only.
- Last performance appears below the logging area so you can compare with the previous session.
- Completed working sets can receive a PR badge for the first recorded set, best estimated 1RM, heaviest weight, or most reps at a weight.
