Optimum Overload is owned and operated by Twin-V Holdings LLC. This Privacy Notice explains how Twin-V Holdings LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Optimum Overload website, installed progressive web app, and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated while using the app, and basic technical information needed to operate the service.
- Account and membership information, such as email address, display name, login credentials, verification status, approval status, login history, and account settings.
- Profile information, such as preferred units, training goal, experience level, available equipment, height, sex for body-fat estimates, default rest time, and coaching-prep fields.
- Workout and activity information, such as exercises, workouts, sets, reps, weight, RPE, notes, templates, programs, progression rules, rest timers, session times, personal-record indicators, effective-rep estimates, activity-calendar entries, and workout history.
- Body-stat information, such as bodyweight, waist, chest, arm, leg, hip, neck, body-fat estimate, and notes.
- Coaching information, such as invitations, consent scopes, assigned training, private coach notes, and feedback explicitly shared with a member.
- Support information, such as contact form messages, category, subject, email address, and reply information.
- Technical information, such as server logs, browser/device details, IP address, timestamps, errors, and security events.
How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- To verify email addresses, review membership requests, and manage account access.
- To provide workout logging, templates, programs, body-stat tracking, charts, calculators, imports, exports, and progress summaries.
- To keep user-owned data separated by account.
- To provide user-requested exports, account deletion, admin-managed built-in content, and application support.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, monitor errors, and operate the website.
- To improve app features, usability, and reliability.
Health And Fitness Data
The app stores fitness and wellness information that may be sensitive, including workout history, body measurements, bodyweight, body-fat estimates, and training notes. This information is used to provide the app features you request.
Optimum Overload is a general wellness and fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical provider, health plan, or emergency service. Do not enter medical information that is not needed for fitness tracking.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workout or body-stat data for third-party advertising.
Information may be shared only in limited situations:
- With service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, database, email, logging, backup, or security services.
- With authorized admins who need access to review memberships, operate or secure the app, troubleshoot problems, respond to verified data requests, or export a selected member's information for legitimate account-administration purposes.
- With a coach only after you accept that coach's specific invitation. Before acceptance, the coach receives no client records. You choose which requested categories to share: workout history, body stats, and/or training profile. You can remove granted categories or end the relationship at any time. Pending, declined, and ended relationships do not grant data access.
- Within an active coaching relationship, an authorized coach may review the categories you consented to share. Private coach notes are visible only to that coach; feedback marked as shared is visible to you. Ending the relationship removes the coach's access to your records.
- When required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
Cookies And Authentication
The app uses cookies and similar browser storage for login sessions, authentication, security, preferences, and normal website operation. If you block required cookies, login and app functionality may not work correctly.
Data Storage And Security
App data is stored in a SQL Server or SQL Express database for the environment being used. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based authorization, HTTPS on public deployments, database permissions, and server-side controls.
No system can guarantee perfect security. You should use a strong password, keep your email account secure, and sign out on shared devices.
Data Retention
We keep account, workout, template, program, body-stat, activity, support, and technical data as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and operate backups. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted according to backup practices.
Your Choices
- You can update many account and profile settings from Profile.
- You can create, edit, export, or delete many records from the app screens that manage them.
- You can use Export My Data on Profile to download your profile and user-owned training data in a ZIP package containing readable JSON files. Coaching exports include shared feedback for either participant and private notes only in the coach-author's export.
- You can use Delete Account on Profile to permanently delete the account and its personal training data.
- You can request help, account support, or data-related assistance through Contact Support.
- You can choose not to enter optional body measurements, notes, or coaching-prep information.
Third-Party Connections
The app may later support integrations such as Google Health, Fitbit, Apple Health, email providers, hosting providers, or other services. If those features are added, the app should request only the permissions needed for the feature and explain the connection before you authorize it.
Third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before connecting them.
Children
The app is intended for users who are old enough to manage their own fitness account and understand workout safety. It is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account for a child or enter information about a child unless the app is updated with appropriate controls and permissions.
Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain uses of personal information. To make a privacy request, use Contact Support. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Changes To This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as the app, hosting environment, integrations, or legal requirements change. The updated notice will show a new Last Updated date.
